1. Service Description

OpenLiquid is a Telegram-based bot that generates trading volume for cryptocurrency tokens on decentralized exchanges. By using the bot, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

3. Fees

OpenLiquid charges a 1% fee on the total volume of each session. Fees are displayed before you confirm a session. Blockchain gas fees are separate and vary by network. All fees are non-refundable once a session has started.

4. No Guarantees

OpenLiquid does not guarantee specific results, trending positions, or outcomes. DexScreener and DexTools rankings depend on many factors outside our control. Volume generation is provided on a best-effort basis.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use OpenLiquid to: manipulate markets in violation of applicable laws, launder money, or generate volume for tokens you know to be fraudulent or harmful.

6. Limitation of Liability

OpenLiquid is provided "as is." We are not liable for: failed transactions due to network congestion, gas price spikes, DEX downtime, smart contract vulnerabilities, or regulatory changes. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance.
