We never collect: your private keys, wallet seed phrases, wallet balances, or personal identity information. OpenLiquid operates without wallet connections — we never have access to your funds.

4. Data Retention

Session records are retained for 90 days for support and dispute resolution. Telegram user IDs are retained for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion by contacting us.

All communication with the Telegram bot is encrypted via Telegram's protocol. Session data is stored in encrypted databases. We conduct regular security audits of our infrastructure.
